I studied BSc (Hons) Biomedical Science before I applied to Medical School. Coming from a state-school and under-privileged background and being the first in my family to go to university, this was not an easy feat. 

I'm learning every single day - about money, studying and growing a career, navigating being a first-generation whilst defeating the stigmas and learning to appreciate the little things in life.
